Bihar government is going to start new applications in Bihar Udyami Yojana from 1st July 2024. Unemployed youth of the state who want to start their own employment can get benefits under this scheme. Interested candidates can apply in the scheme from 1st July to 31st July 2024.

The list of selected persons from the applicants will be released by the Bihar government. The beneficiaries whose name will be included in the list will be given an assistance amount of Rs 10 lakh to start the industry. Under this scheme, so far 38000 women, minorities, and youth have been given assistance under this scheme.

Eligibility Criteria for Bihar Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojana 2024

To avail of the benefit of Bihar Udyami Yojana you have to fulfill some essential Udyami Yojana eligibility criteria given below, which are as follows:-

It is mandatory for the applicant to be a native of Bihar state.
Unemployed youth and women of Scheduled Caste of Bihar state can apply for this scheme and get benefits.
The applicant should be 12th pass or qualified in any one of the courses like Polytechnic ITI, Diploma, Intermediate, etc.
To apply in this scheme of Bihar, the age of the candidate should be between 18 years to 50 years.
The applicant should have a personal current account linked to his Aadhar card.
The proprietorship form can be filled out by the entrepreneur on his personal PAN.

First of all, go to the official website of the Bihar Udyami Yojana.
On the home page of the website, click on the option of “Registration”.
Now the login page will open in front of you, where you enter your Aadhaar number and password and click on the option of “Login”.
Now a registration form will open in front of you, in which you enter all the required information asked.
After entering the information, you should also upload all the required documents in the registration form on the website.
Now you click on the option of “Submit”.
After this, you will receive a receipt, which you should keep safely with you.
If your application form is selected, then an amount of Rs 10 lakh will be sent to your bank account by the Bihar government to set up the industry.

Bihar Laghu Udyami Yojana Selection Process

Under this scheme, the beneficiaries will be selected by a random lottery system this time as well like last year. The committee checks the applications in 15 days and then sends them to the manager of the District Industries Center for physical verification.

The selected beneficiaries will be given two weeks of training in the institutes listed by the Industries Department. After the training, the amount of the first installment will be sent to the beneficiary’s bank account as per the DPR of the project. A total amount of Rs 10 lakh will be sent to the applicant’s account in three installments. Applicants selected for training are given Rs 25,000 per unit.
