Manki Munda Scholarship 2024:- The honorable Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Shri Champai Soren has recently started the “Manaki Munda Scholarship” scheme for the future of female students of his state. This scheme has been started from 11 March 2024 in Ranchi. With the launch of this scheme, new educational opportunities have opened up for the female students of the state in the field of technical education. So far, about 800 female students have benefited from the first phase of this scheme.

The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the female students of the weaker section of Jharkhand. Manki Munda Scholarship Scheme Apply Online Date, Registration & Benefits:-

Chief Minister Champai Soren launched this Manki Munda Scholarship Scheme in a grand program. This program was organized at Tana Bhagat Stadium located in Sports Village, Ranchi. Diploma and B.Tech/BA female students of Jharkhand will benefit from this scheme.

In this Manki Munda Scholarship Scheme, an incentive amount of Rs 15,000 per year will be given to female students studying in diploma courses and an amount of Rs 30,000 per year will be given to female students of B.Tech/BA. This amount will be paid directly into the bank account of the female students through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). This amount will help the students to continue their education smoothly.

Jharkhand Manki Munda Scholarship Scheme Objective:-

The main objective of the Jharkhand government through this Manki Munda Scholarship Scheme is to promote technical education to all the female students of the state. Under this scheme, scholarships will be given to those female students whose financial condition is weak and who cannot start their higher education smoothly.

Under this scheme, only students studying in courses like Diploma and B.Tech/B.A. are eligible to apply. The objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to poor female students to pay the increasing college fees. So that the daughters of all the families can bring glory to the country by studying.

Jharkhand Manki Munda Scholarship Main Features:-

• The most important feature of this ‘Manki Munda Scholarship Scheme’ is that the Jharkhand government will provide a scholarship of Rs 15,000 every year to the diploma course female students enrolled in it. In this way, the Jharkhand government will provide a scholarship of Rs 30,000 every year to female students studying in B.Tech/B.A course.
• Under this scheme, female students of all government, private, and PPP mode institutions of Jharkhand can avail the benefits of this scheme.
• The scholarship amount received under this scheme will be sent directly to the bank account linked to the Aadhar card of the female students.
• This scheme will help in fulfilling the dreams of female students from economically weaker sections.

Manki Munda Scholarship Yojana Benefits:-

• This scheme will encourage female students from weaker sections of Jharkhand state to complete their higher education.
• Diploma course students will be given Rs 15,000 per year. Female students of engineering courses will be given Rs 30,000 per year.
• This amount will come directly into the student’s bank account.
• The student must have obtained at least 50 percent marks in the previous class.
• If we look at the recent figures, the ratio of the number of female and boys in engineering colleges is 6:1. Which means that for every 6 boys in engineering colleges, there will be only one female who gets admission.
• In this way, the Jharkhand government is encouraging female students to study technology.
• This scheme aims to encourage more and more females to be admitted to the field of technical education.

Manki Munda Scholarship Scheme Scholarship Amount:-

This “Manki Munda Scholarship Scheme” of Jharkhand state will provide financial assistance to the female students of the state to complete their higher education. Through this scheme, Rs 15,000 per year will be given to those female students who are studying in polytechnic institutes of Jharkhand. Under this scheme, scholarships will be given to 3000 female students who are pursuing diploma courses.

Similarly, about 1200 female students studying B.Tech and BA courses in engineering institutes of Jharkhand will be given an amount of Rs 30,000 every year.

Eligibility:-

Jharkhand Government has taken a big step for the daughters of the state in the form of the ‘Manki Munda Scholarship Scheme’. Under this scheme, they will be given scholarships to pursue technical and higher education. If you are a student of Jharkhand and want to apply for this scheme, then you will have to fulfill some eligibility criteria, which are as follows:-

• The student must be a native of Jharkhand.
• Only students studying in government, private, and PPP mode polytechnic institutions of Jharkhand are eligible to apply for this scheme. Female students studying B.Tech and B.A. in engineering institutes of Jharkhand can also apply for this scheme and get this scholarship.
• The annual income of the student’s family should not exceed Rs 4 lakh.
• The student must have obtained at least 50 percent marks in classes 10th and 12th.
• The student must have a bank account linked to Aadhaar so that the government can send the scholarship amount directly to the student’s bank account.
