UP Shishu Hitlabh Yojana 2024
UP Government has recently launched a new scheme UP Sheesh Hitlabh. Under this scheme, workers engaged in building construction, etc. of UP will be provided nutritious food for the development of their newborn children. In this scheme, the child up to 2 years of age will be provided nutritious food. Till completion, they will be given financial assistance for nutritious food by the government. The benefit of this scheme will be given only to two children of a worker. Under this scheme, a lump sum amount of ₹ 10000 if it is a boy and ₹ 12000 if it is a girl will be provided once a year.

Objective of UP Shishu Benefit Scheme
The main objective of this new scheme of the UP government is to provide nutritious food for the complete and good development of the newborn children of the workers. Under this scheme, financial assistance will be provided to buy nutritious food for the physical development of the child till the age of 2 years. An amount of Rs 12000 will be given in the case of a girl and Rs 10000 in the case of a boy.
Through this scheme, the government is trying to improve the standard of living of the workers of the state. Apart from this, this scheme is an initiative to make them empowered and self-reliant. The children of poor workers of the Uttar Pradesh state government will also be able to develop well and at the right time because they will be able to get better quality nutritious food.

- Under the UP Shishu Hit Labh Yojana, arrangements will be made by the government to provide nutritious food to the newborn babies of workers registered under the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
- Under this scheme, children will be given nutritious food till they complete 2 years of age. So that they can develop well.
- The benefit of this scheme will be given to a maximum of 2 children of workers registered under the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
- Under this scheme, a lump sum amount of ₹ 12000 in the case of a girl child and ₹ 10000 in the case of a boy child will be given to the workers once a year.
- To avail of the benefit of UP Shishu Hitlabh Yojana, any member of the family can submit the application form to their nearest labor office, the Tehsildar of the concerned tehsil, or the concerned development block office within 1 year of delivery.
